Shipping within New Zealand
Every cast is packed by hand in generous cushioning â they're resin, not original fossils, but we still treat them like they're 100 million years old.

Not sure if your address is rural? If a courier company charges you a rural surcharge for other deliveries, choose the rural option at checkout. We don't ship internationally yet â it's on the roadmap.
Returns
If a cast arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full â whichever you prefer. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days as long as the cast comes back in original condition; return postage is at your cost.
Common questions
Are these real fossils?
No â everything in the Fossil Library is a cast: a detailed replica taken from an original specimen. Casts capture the fine detail of the original at a fraction of the price, and no scientifically significant material is removed from circulation. We're upfront about this on every product page.
Do prices include GST?
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and are GST inclusive.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a global payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe â they never touch our servers.
